god, i've been living in the states for the last +10 years and i still don't know how this whole day light savings thing works. damn you ben franklin for making our lives a little bit more complicated than it already is.

anywhowhatshit, i was overjoyed to find, right behind my trash can of all places, my donatello charm from my tmnt key chain. i was kinda upset when i had realized that i had lost one of the boys the other day. i have the tendency to just yank my lanyard out of my backpack/pocket so i figured it'll happen eventually.. but i had taken extra precautions with the tmnt key chain since.. well, i really like the keychain! what can i say? i'm a fanatic. but yeah, the last couple of days i've been scanning the familiar grounds in hopes to find the lost charm without knowing it was right underneath my nose (literally!) the entire time. i had given up hope til tonight when out of the blues i decided to move my trash can a little..

goes to show, you find things when you're leasting expecting it. SERENDIPITY!!!

i remember learning that word from a book i read back in elementary school. i read the book like a billion times and now that word and its definition is stuck to my brain, along with "advocate" which i learned during the days of SAT's (president advocated the production of avocados; how easy is to remember the word and the definition!) now if i can do that with pchem equations, that'll be perfect.

well, time to try my hands at understanding biochem shtuff.
