i'm upset cus i've had that pin forever.. and now it's gone. the thing that kept me connected seems lost now..
i've been feeling detached from taiko people already, and losing that just made things worse.
sometimes i wonder why i even bother with helping out. why do i even care to give the newbies rides and take the drums home and all the jazz? why is it necessary for me to even call them my family when they don't even know who i am?
i'm probably over thinking this.
this too, shall pass.
it's funny how things go about sometimes.
also, having ridiculous sex-laden conversation with roommate is awkward.. but if she's comfortable enough with me to tell me the funky details, then i'm sure that our roommate to roommate relationship has yet to sour. i'm just kinda sad i missed the drunken birthday party ordeal for +14 hours in the car this weekend.. and the fact that i missed joint practice and the group picture for culture show was taken without me. blar.. the fact that the guy playing the cello in my cousin's recital accompaniment was ridiculously cute kinda made up for it. too bad my family members are also ridiculously obnoxious.
i don't approach boys, and they leave me alone, no matter how much i bitch and moan and whine about it. that's how it's going to be, and that's how i want it to be.
edit:
thank you thank you thank you thank you mike. you are indubitably made of awesome.
and i restate:
it's a beginning of a very, and really, seriously, VERY taiko filled week. oh mann...
why do random things pop into you head when you're alone? it's not funny.
