devine intervention?

i went to two sermons in a row.
well realistically speaking i went to church for two sundays, but since churching going is limited to once a week, going for two sundays in a row makes a.. row?
but i digress.
what i meant to say is that on the contrary to my previous entry, i actually enjoyed the last two sermons. it goes to show that what my mother had said is true: there are actually good churches; you just have to match it with a good pastor.
the message last sunday was about learning to focus on the present and the future even in our grown selves instead of dwelling in the past. it struck a chord with me since i'm terrible with holding grudges and such. it's true that we as people tend to remember all the embarrassing, depressing, horrible events in the past but overlook all the good things that had happened. it could be the cognitive procedures, but still... the best way to emerge from that past is to focus on the good things of the present.
today's sermon was on respecting and cherishing those who are amongst your company.. or so i think. i can't remember clearly the MAIN point of the sermon, but the passage was on esau and jacob.. so it had to do with siblings and then some. oh yeah, and the importance of self-respect. hold on to your childhood dreams despite the social scrutiny. it is ultimately up to you on what you want to do with your life.

i like this pastor very much in that he explains in everyday language.. and gives sermon in the most humble yet.. i don't know how to say it really.. practical? i think that explains it the best.

anyways. besides all these mumbo jumbo....
isolation from all aspects of social life besides that of family has been pretty much necessary. it's good to be with people who understand you.. even though being with them does require some ridiculous sense of morals. being able to play wii without sibling interruption was excellent. mario galaxy does do me justice and beyond. the game play may be interesting but the levels are easy enough even for me to play, yet it's difficult enough to be challenging. i like i like. though falling off from various places does get on my nerves as much as the intensity of rainbow barf all over the place. since when did mario become the next definition of rainbows? the first being the king of all cosmos of course... on the topic of gaming news, i finally reserved super smash brothers brawl. i can do a little jig of joy right now. oh, and? godot of phoenix wright 3 is AWESOME. i need icons of him to make my life equally as awesome as he is. :DDDD

erm, i had bunch of other stuff i had wanted to say.. but after typing all that other stuff out i have no idea what it was. and besides, i'm befuddled about where the HELL my camera charger is...

super.smash.brothers.BRAWWWWL.
