feelings aside, i went down to SD with steph and a bunch of cosplayer people to partake in the color run. i was slightly freaking out that i was too unfit to run in reasonable pace with everyone, but surprisingly i manage to finish it within good time and enjoyed every bit of it. i really should run more. it was really refreshing to run without care to the world.

we also got to go relax and play at la jolla shores. being so close to ucsd makes me really happy every time. i truly had some bad times there, but all the good does cancel out the bad memories. the sand, the sun, and the ocean.. i miss it all over again. the sun was hot enough to actually go swimming, in the middle of october no less! i really love san diego.

much fun was had, good friendships were formed, and so much good food! this weekend was a much needed mini vacation. there were still some moments where i wasn't able focus on the events on hand, but nevertheless, it was much positive vibes all around.

and little things like these are what makes a day go by easier.
