books..

i was on wikipedia, wasting my life when i somehow ended up on the newberry awards article.. i went through the list and read up on the old books i've read and loved.. and from there i ended up on jean craighead george's article.. she used to be one of my favorite authors when i was younger.. though i can't say i've read a lot of her works (julie of the wolves, julie, my side of the mountain, on the far side of the mountain, and frightful's mountain), but apparently there have been even more sequals out that i didn't know about. despite the fact that these are, eh, children's novel, i feel giddy knowing i can go read them at the local library. ahh, to return to that carefree days.

went to the beach to see the sunset with taiko house girls and AYANOOOOO :D that was fun. it was good to see her back from her amazing activities.

i also made muffins. despite the fact that they were not exactly to the recipe, those who ate it said it was good, so i'm glad. i'm thankful for the fact that you guys are way too nice :)

man, who needs boyfriends when you got friends like these...

meh, though i might retract that feeling soon enough when i've been left alone for close to a whole day.

i'm such a mercurial mess...
